Then our Hair Retire Scheme is perfect for you! Simply send back your old extensions to us using Unitied States Postal Service to keep the costs down, send as a sample/gift as the hair will have no monetary value.

We will send you a 30% discount code to use on our online website to purchase a brand new set!😘

We do not care if they are Exquisi Hair Extensions or other brands!

Any hair sent to us will be disposed of and not re-used

Simply Contact us for a specific returns form before sending anything back!

T&C’s

Old hair will not be returned to the sender, it is immediately destroyed on site when returned to us.

We can help with a colour recommendation from our website, we are sorry but cannot match up to the extensions you send back due to the variety of colours in other companies.

We are happy to accept any new item back for an exchange or refund as long as it has not been tried on, tampered with or removed from the gold banding.

You are only allowed one hair return within 12months - this means one discount code per customer per year.

Discount code is NON transferable and the order must be made in the customers name who sent the hair back.

Discount code will be valid until redeemed by the customer and once redeemed will be void.

You must pay to send your item back, we suggest to keep the cost down United States Postal Service, send as a sample/gift as the hair will have no monetary value.
